About TeenWisdom™

TeenWisdom™ is a life coaching company created for the empowerment of young women (YOU!) because of a promise I made to myself when I was a teenage girl. After a horribly mean act done to me by other teen girls, the tons of tears I cried about guys and dating in high school, the constant desire to look pretty and feel accepted by others, I decided that one day I was going to commit my life to making it better for other teen girls. This is what means most to me now.

Here's what's unique about what we do at Teen Wisdom. We really connect with girls. The second is that we really connect with parents and help them understand YOU better. Tami Walsh, President of Teen Wisdom (that's me!) really cares about helping both teens and parents. I do this by traveling all over the U.S. and talking to girls about what's really up in their lives. The second is that I work one-on-one with teen girls in Los Angeles and San Diego as their life-coach, and because I have this privilege, (I think the girls I coach are way cool!) I truly know about and understand the challenges and real issues affecting you today.

As your coach, I help you identify what is getting in the way of you being truly happy! Sometimes it is something within yourself (your shyness, procrastination, disorganization, etc.) and other times it is a circumstance (lack of boyfriend, confusion about your future, trouble with a teacher etc.) Once we've discovered what is getting in your way, I help you with cool ideas so you can feel really good about yourself and your life again. And along the way, you have a totally supportive person to listen to you and share with! ME :-)

Let's face it, cliques, drugs, wanting to be accepted, annoying girls, guys and their head games, demanding parents, etc. are NEVER going away. They are an unavoidable part of the growing up years. But there are tools and strategies that I have discovered that you can use to enjoy these times, and feel hopeful about your future!
